Day 1

So this is where the New Year’s Resolutions start. I have made mine which is to lose weight. I’ll keep track of what I eat, what I do for exercise, and I’ll do it right.

So to start things off I didn’t decide to do the picture thing until after breakfast & lunch. I had slim-fast & OJ so nothing joyous there.

1 M&M -- that’s right, I’m taking pictures of everything I put in my mouth.

I had some Tostito rounds and a little more than a tablespoon of spinach artichoke dip

One plate apparently was not good enough so I had some more. I started to eat a jalepeno popper but I spit it out, I just couldn’t take the heat!

This is a cranberry something or another. I only had half. Scott did NOT like these.

Mmmmmm...BBQ dinner. Baked beans, ranch infused red potatoes, and bologna. I did not eat the kilbasa because Scott gave me his bologna in trade.GPSPhoto2

This is some kind of butterscotch, apple, marshmallow, whipped cream thing my mother does. It’s freaking great. I had two of them because Scott did not want his.

Oh my gosh, a heavenly piece of cherry pie with ice cream. It was so good I lost my bearings and almost forgot to take a picture until I was practically done.

To make up for all that goodness above, I used the elliptical for 20 minutes. Yeah...it didn’t even put a dent in the eating.

My weight today is 251.8. I’ll take weekly weight measurements because doing it daily kills me, and hell, let’s be frank I usually forget. Awesome wake up picture below!! I apparently need more light before I take the pictures. I’ll remember that from now on.
